Cliff White: I just bought an at&t s3 , stuck a straight talk sim and bingo, works
fine. I haven't changed anything. I tried to get the info I needed to set
it up and a message saying that according to my phone number it
wasn't needed came up. I just used it to order an Otterbox defender from
amazon. I may have problems after service renewal. It also said my phone
was a cdma instead of gsm . the phone I was using was a Verizon / straight
talk phone and didn't have a sim.
Andy Carusetta: Awesome it worked! Thanks for your help!
AMoonLitDrive: On my samsung galaxy mini it won't change it
gentleart: I am using my Verizon SCH-i535 on Straight Talk with a Tracfone branded SIM

Is this true or do you know of a work around?
Charles Moore: Thank you for your help.
