MrJadenkane: This machine sucks. Stick to your top-o-matic. Manual machines are way easier and never clog up. Manual machines are also as fast as you are I can roll 1 carton in 45 minutes
sunny mcfall: i too am disappointed in this machine...it doesn't pack correctly without help...forget 100's...stick to kings...using scissors shred the tobacco first...break off that stupid plactic protector (?) so you can use your finger to hold the tube instead of relying on that little prong that is suppose to hold the cig for you..you must develop a feel for how much to pack the tobacco...then it will work fine - most of the time..this is my first machine..
Heath Korinek: I have heard nothing but good things about this machine. I finally break down and buy one, and I must say I am thouroughly disappointed. This worthless scrap of junk does not inject all the way to the filter. after 40 cigs NOT ONE was packed right. I gree with Cave Johnson. Going back to me Top hand slider. THAT works great.
thesmokingstore: I'm not sure of any specific locations in Canada that sells them. We are located in the United States and we sell them to customers in Canada.
Aaron Smith: Do they sell them in canada?
chris TheMan: Then I need to get my thinking cap on and figure out a way of making something. Don't get me wrong, the PM2 is a fantastic machine but the hopper is a bit small if you need to do a large run of cigs.
thesmokingstore: The wattage is not listed on the machine. Please call the manufacturer at 602-955-6688 for that specific information.
Junican Watson: I have bought a Zen Supershooter, but I live in the UK. Here, our mains voltage is 240 volts. I assume that I shall have to get a transformer.
To be sure that I get the right one, I need to know the wattage of the machine. Could you tell me what it is?
thesmokingstore: They are very similar mechanically. There is not a hopper like that available for the Powermatic II. Another big difference is the Zen Super Shooter comes with a 90 day warranty and the Powermatic II comes with a 1 year warranty.
chris TheMan: What is the main difference between this and the Powermatic2? Apart from the large hopper? Can I buy a hopper like this for my Powermatic?

cheryl visser: hell i agree with you no more licking your fingers sweet
thesmokingstore: I'm sorry to hear that it broke in that short of time. These are very sturdy machines. Each machine comes with a 90 day warranty card in it with an address to send it to. They require that warranty card and the original receipt to show that it's still within it's warranty period. Once they receive your machine, they usually send out out a replacement/fixed machine within 24-48 hours. You can call 1-800-420-4372 and ask the operator for the warranty dept if you have any questions.
Amanda Cooley: This is a piece of junk, I rolled one carton of cigarettes and the motor quit can not get anyone to answer the phone at zen, do not waste your money
thesmokingstore: If you machine is within its 90 day warranty period, call 1-800-420-4372 and follow the prompts to the warranty department.
kzat99: I have to return my machine because I broke it. Where do I send it?
Cave Johnson: you're better off just using a hand roller.
Mrlz56: This is a really good machine. I bought one about a week ago and it makes perfect cigarettes. nothing falls out the end either. It packs the tobacco so you really don't have too. Just put it in the tray lightly, put the tube on the end and pull the lever down flat. It shoots the tobacco in just right. donot pack the tobacco tight or the cigarette will be hard to drawl through. Out of all the machines, this makes the most sense.
Hunter Eldridge: LOL @ original comment and you're very relaxed response.
thesmokingstore: No not really. These are designed to make cigarettes using cigarette tubes. Cigarette tubes are a cigarette that has a filter and paper without any tobacco in it. This machine injects tobacco into the tube to make a finished cigarette. I have never heard of anyone using it for that.
ace3568: Can I do this with weed
obsidiannnnn: "featuring on and off switch"
Blog Dir: Building the website was not the hard part, but monetizing it was a whole new story. Thanks for the guidance about adsense. I am finally getting some money for my business directory. This is good for both business owners and customers. Keep building quality site and everyone wins.
