Justin Wolfe: If it is jailbroken you got to the cydia app. once at cydia go to seach and
type in Tetherme. Once you have downloaded that go to settings and scroll
down until u see tetherme clock that then cellular data network and then
put in what he does in the video. if you need more help email me at

William McNeel: My girlfriend has an Iphone 4 ATT that would work with data but no MMS this
video worked for us. We unlocked the iphone using imeiunlockpro google that
then purchase a micro unactivated T Mobile sim card from ebay or a standard
Tmobile card and cut it down. once you get those done you will get the
cellular data and you can change the settings as shown above. This worked
