Shakey Jake: Thanks for the video. I replaced mine on my 2009 s-10 and the only difference was that the screw on backside of cap was #15 while the front one was #20 so needless to say it took a while to figure out if it was stripped or had crud in it. Not sure if someone used wrong screw previously or not. John Beasley: nice tweed187187: 1 more question please about my 99 gmc jimmy 2 wheel dr. the abs thing on the metal part on the front that faces the air filter has a bleeder valve looking thing that leaks when i press the brake. how can i patch it or replace it without replacing the whole unit? i cant find info on that part anywhere and have looked for a few years now, thanks. tweed187187: how do you number them? i cant pay 250 to have this done after just spending over 700 for ball joints and control arms Michael D: So I don't need a timing gun or anything? Noah Fitzwilliam: Is this the same procedure for a 1995 Blazer S10 LS? The top end of my motor looks a tad different - not as much space to get to the Distributor Cap. Jare Bear: I have a 2003 Chevy s10 with the 4.3l. It takes longer than normal to turn over every time. For example. A good running vehicle will go.. crank start. Mine goes, crank, crank, crank, crank, crank start. 5 solid secs of cranking before starting. I have replaced: fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires, both O2 sensors, PCV valve, MAF sensor, Oil changes and airfilter services. All to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have replaced all the above with the help of your videos. Nick Larson: I've got a 2000 blazer with the 4.3 and have been having a starting issue a lot. I checked fuel pressure and it holds around 64 and then drops to 55ish when idling. so it has good pressure. but to start it I have to really crank on it for a while. any ideas? Mae Carter: Literally everyone loves you. I'm at 250,000 mi and still going (mostly). Thankyou for everything! Danny Herrera: Very helpful! Is it a good idea to change out all the wires as well? omah: Exactly what I needed. Thanks. Great job. What is a bank sensor??? Nube Toob: Don't you have to set the timing and/or have the cap and rotor in a certain position? My 97 safari is running really rough, shaking and stalling... feels like the fire timing is off. How would you adjust timing? Justin Guillaume: I need help. I did this and replaced that cap, distributor, and adjusted the timing but am still getting P1345 code and only 2 days later it violently shakes when starting and stalls at times. I see I cannot rotate that cap to adjust it and am not at a loss. What can it be? P1345 is the only code that keeps coming up. Luis Fernando: what if you mess up in the process and forget which wire it goes to which ? please help ! Schools: Learn how to get phlebotomy training in California!
