Luciano di Cicco: hi david, is the template made for the left arm? are the parts flippable (i
mean, to make them for both arms, one would need to make specular parts
like in a mirror) ? im going to buy the pdf in a few days, i love this
project. using the same concepts i'll work on an upper arm, and a shoulder
Joseph Medias: your projekt is AMAZING!!!!!!
David Guyton: ATTENTION! If you have questions for me to answer, please comment on the
actual YouTube page of the video. For some reason when you comment on my
videos that are shared on Google+, I am unable to answer.
Shea Lupkes: what did you use to numb your thumbs?
KN HD: How strong is it and how heavy is the armor
Zambrott: Is it possible to make a similar prototype in titanium?
Adam B: Could that armor, or just the metal, stop a dog bite? Or a bullet? If You
punched something with it on would it hurt your hand? Could you play a
video game with it on?
How much did that cost, and how much for a full set of armor? Are you
selling them? Are you going to start you're own business selling this?! I'd
buy it! Thanks!!!
JosephKing75 CBP: Man.You probably can build a hero costume and become a superhero

because they are bang on what I'm looking for
Watz Uer: This is probably the coolest thing I've seen on the internet ever.
David Guyton: Check out the all new website for my armor templates www.armortemplates.com
DumpsterJedi: How does it lock closed?
Daring Darius: What metal thickness do you recommend for this type of gauntlet? I am like
most people and do not make all the money in the world so I have been
looking at some Stainless steel that is .019 inches thick, and others
slightly thicker like 3/16 in thick. I want your opinion on which would be
good quality, but remain relatively cheap as my budget is not some big fat
wallet (even though I would like it to be :D)
Nelson Leangki: link for the metal you used for the futuristic gauntlet plz
KEN ANDERSON: Great work, of course now I cant decide between this or
paper,foam...etc..but its good to have options! Maybe Ill try this for the
hands, the rest I can do in pep
CarlSteven Gam: dude try to put a small backround sound or a guitar cover
Senn K: Really awesome to see someone so skilled in something take the time to
demonstrate, explain and show how to make something. You, sir, are awesome.
tanchinguyen04: I made mine out of steel very heavy
Lewa Toa Of Air: David I am thinking about making this but how much would the materials cost
Jesse W: Very cool, and thank you. I'm a backyard blacksmith and have just recently
started on armor... mostly because sheet metal is so expensive. I cranked
out a couple of these gauntlets out of 18ga and 16ga steel (I downsized the
large "cap" on the upper forearm, and had to oversize the finger pieces a
bit to make up for the thickness of the bend for the gauge I used). I
heated it and went over it with a brass brush to give it a dark color with
a brass sheen, and highlighted the edges with tarnished copper. Rivets are
dark brass (used gun bluing chems). I wanted an ancient look. They look
amazing. Currently working on greaves and a cuirass to go with (not
Iron-Man, but still sort of blocky/straight angles - I like to look).
Thank you again for sharing the vid, and for the good template.
Baha Haydar: Der ist gut
Nasus Susan: David is there an easy way to PAINT stainless steel? I was thinking of
making a gauntlet with the metal, but wanted to turn it into a different
color. I may be ignorant but the "stainless" part does not seem friendly to
Jclegg99: Mm ale the rest of the suit
GormGear: I would love to see you create the chest/ torso of the suit
David Guyton: PLEASE SHARE this video on your Google+ and other social media websites!

Stjepan Koprivić: Can you make the rest of iron man suit?

project like this? And will I find it in home depo
vetteboy1982: Do the helmet !!!
Miles Williams: Cool but u need a laser on it
Cameron Ivey: Do you think you'd be willing to do a series of blacksmith light training
videos? I'm trying to become a blacksmith/swordsmith. I'm about to
apprentice under a swordsmith, but the armor gauntlets and things like that
are more of my thing.
Eddie Perez: Good work
Thomas Ryan: How long approximately did it take you to make (excluding gluing time)?
cody bright: you speak like you're tired, and really its making me tired, just want to
sleep. However you are making some cool crap, and near middle to the end
your voice does get a little more enthusiastic, but still makes watching a
