JPaitPlays: There is a red button on the real prop although I don't like how you have
to use it. I do think it looks dumb but it's not the toy makers fault it's
just like the prop with the exception of Having to use the button.
AJ McGillivray: want one for my bithday in 7 months
Khurskino: actually there is a better way. you can open the sonic. then you will find
2 buttons. one on the top and one on the bottom. take a little square of
Ziploc bag or something and tape it on the button. use just enough to cover
the button. once it is taped on add one more layer of tape and put it back
together. then open your claw. if it doesnt work then add another layer of
tape. keep doing this until it works. eventually it will make noise. if the
sonic doesnt make sound then either take it apart and put it back together
again or push the dumb red button. (1. i reccomend gluing the cap shut. 2.
yes i know im terrible at giving instructions and typing)
Mike foxesder: get it at barnes and noble
Issac Choi: i'm gonna get one for my birthday in 7 months when im 8
Redhooded Goblin: The thing is... The doctor hardly ever uses it when it is extended. So they
didnt really need to add that red button
Anthony Pezzetti: It it metal
Cameron smith: This Will Be My Birthday Gift
jf29047: @werbnnerf A rusty old horrible screw
Tor Anders: Excuse me, he actually does sometimes - well actually he does it a lot.
Have you seriously not noticed him using it when the claw is open? I'm
really wondering how you got top comment. just look up top 11 uses for the
supergibreel99: I heard that the reason they dont come in the instructions is because it
fries up the system or something like that, just saying, you should check
theevacipated: The metal kind.
Survante Williams: Open the back, and hold regularly except put your pinky underneath and
press red button with it. Cool, no?
Daniel Ortega: Where did you buy yours?
xelement yamada: i could do that when i first got it. like 10 seconds after owning it. so
easy and much better than the red button.
Expecto Patronum: hello ! :) I've got a question! Is the sonic screwdriver made of plastic ?
Because i foudn the sonic screwdriver on the germany amazon, and wondered
if its the same! :) I would post a link but youtube doesnt allow that! :( I
hope you can help ! :)
thatGallifreyan: I really wish this had the red setting...
vito smolka: ACTUALLY he does use it open but only when he's breaking-NO! Sonicking
Alan Kong: He has used it in it's open claw mode. When he battled the Silurians?
(Something like that) he used it to make their guns explode, in open claw
simon smoothey: 1:40 I figured that out to
Mitchell Pittsley: From watching reviews i didnt really like this but today in the mall i
picked one up from hot topic and havnt put it down since i kinda feel
guilty cus i just spent a bunch of money on the metal universal remote and
mess around with the toy more lol
SudoTakyo: Is it made of metal? Please answer meee. D:
JazzLover747: they're sold out :(
GermanPrivjet: i just ordered mine and its different.
KonohaSinXFlame: I've had my screwdriver for months now and I just found out it makes the
two other noises just now. -_- epic fail.
ScruffyNHerder: Thanks for the review, I've been seriously contemplating getting one for my
cosplay. This helped times a million
Tom .M. Riddle: Don't know if anyone said it yet but the red button on the bottom of the
screwdriver was on the prop too, but no-one knew what it did
JTGolden250: I think it's great that you made this video and did a small tutorial for
how to turn it on when the claw is extended, but The Doctor doesn't use it
when the claw is extended, he analyzes stuff then extends the claw to read
jacobo estevez: 48 Companions vs 1 Dalek
Cyan Light: Hey, when I bought this a few weeks after, the sound stopped, it has been
like this for about a year..Would you know how to fix it?
Evan Hastings: Thanks so much for this video. I was debating on buying it and now I
definitely will! Cheers!
George R: I received one from Entertainment Earth and never know there were more than
two sounds, now being a Doctor Who fan from the 70's I feel a bit of a
novice using it now. The features are better than the tenth Doctor's I have
where the pen part keeps falling off.
JazzLover747: @MrShinyDark Yea that comment is super old! haha I actually got one in time
for my friends bday! :)
Juan Galan: what kind of screw is that that holds the claws in place?
nzane1216: The 2 last sounds burn the sound chip.
Kevin Salvatore: has our dear friend 10th Doc would say on his regeneration cicle... this
bir red giant BUTTON :3
Trysten Dennis: ill take one
BD conrad: the doctor once used it extended to bust a lock
grestoable: When the claws are out, hold the screwdriver like a flashlight to use the
red button, so it isn't awkward and looks cool....anyone thought of this
Goatlover1027: What if you extend it while holding the (sound) button?
ajloveslily: i thought the secret sounds burnt the sound cards
Ethan Perse: The Button iS is the show retard
OrangePoison: When you open it you should flick it like the Doctor does
koby storm: yeah its made of plastic but it is worth buying i love mine
Jordan Forrest: The extended Sonic Screwdriver modification, is for checking things that
you examined. Just like what the 11th Doctor did.
paxpaul: Right! The Doctor uses this sonic, extended with the light on, to open a
locked gate (Amy calls it breaking and entering), and later at least 2
other times. I'm not sure, but I think he only uses it extended/lighted
when it's actively affecting something or someone. Extended/unlighted is
usually like JTGolden250 said--it's when he's scanned something and is
reading the results.
