Sedtha Pised: Thanks!

MRWHITE3535: Does it have to be a static ip address?

M4Defense: Great job on explaining how to obtain and set up ip info, I spent a lot of time trying to get this info. Got up and running. FYI, D-link router uses a "virtual server" that you can enter dvr info & you don't need to add the second "2000" rule. Thank you very much!

MrCee831: Very useful information!

Terry Hana: This a great info, thank you very much

Akano Ademola: Hello, Do i still need a public address for this or is this an alternative to using a public address

paul alibone: Excellent tutorial thanks. I've now got my cameras online.

Desmond Harwood: Very Good!

BLUE RANGE SYSTEMS: How do I add rules to Paradyne 6211 Router for access. Adding the ports with TCP and UDP seems OK enough

vimal madakkali: i am a beginner i started a cctv business in home town so i need total video

quilla333: can you help me in how to see the cameras away from home on an android or iphone after doing all this set up?

Olga Grothe: Could you help me? how can i put a rule in a xfinity router? in the Port Forwarding menu just let me add services but no rules...

E vdD: top

Naresh Gardas: i will understand thank u very good if u have any more information for send me clip

KissMyBlade: Hey dvrmaster , I have a question: When forwarding ports, are 0808 and 2000 used for any particular reason or could you use any number so long as it's assigned to both the dvr and the router? Thanks!

liverjutla9: i have followed these steps and it says 'Connection timed out'

william page: cool http://www.youtube.com/user/soildier2010

ASgfjyhgyi: Nice and simple.

Bobby Tanya: LOOK guys its the new Xbox1" how to video " Lol.

YeahManGaming: i dont have a server port! help!

Vicky Ch: good

Dee Bee: I have a Bunker Hill 68332 DVR Security system. I followed your instructions. I can see the DVR on my network. I cannot see the dvr on the Internet. What are the steps to see it on the Internet. I get an error messagge that says "cannot connect". What do I need to do?

hussain ali: thanks alot's bro

Th. GUNK: Blue Iris

VideoMenu: I have none of those services options for my Verizon router. All I can do is name a new rule, fill in Port Start, Port End, and Port Map Start along with UDP, TCP, TCP/UDP option. Then I can go back and "Add" the new rule to a list and assign it to a computer. And that is it. Nothing else. No other rules as spoken about in this video. Anyone have suggestions?

jdbawesome b: nice job bro.. what if my router set up is not on Static IP? only Obtain IP? what will i do, do i have to click on DHCP? need your help bro.. tnx alot

chen mark: you need to open the port and forwarding to your DVR. if you get an error messagge that says "cannot connect" could be the ROUTER problem!

Al Salazar: Great video, THanks!

ELMORENO429: You really just saved my weekend. The manual and instructions that come with the Swann system are horrible. I would have never figured out how to do this without your help. GREAT JOB!!! The 66 people that DISLIKED this are crazy. Perfect instructions and I have a completed different router and I still got mine working. THANKS AGAIN!!

Nonye Awurum: can this work for standalone 16 channel h.264 dvr?

GQNew CA: I love this video. You are a very good teacher. My issue: The monitor that was connected to the DVR died. I could view my cameras on any computer before the monitor died. The DVR is an ADT "A SDR 400 LTE Digital Video Recorder. I purchased the Balan "BNG-RJ45 or Twisted Pair connectors". I connected the Balan connectors directly to my DVR. My software system goes to default setting numbers. Are these the right connectors? They fit fine. I cannot see cameras on computer now. Please advise.

xFaTaL TeMpaRz: how do i find the password errrgghhhhhh
