Was beinhaltet Sie? Was darf auf keinen Fall mehr auf dem Speiseplan stehen? Denke ja mal dass die Ernährung neben dem Durchaltevermögen eine sehr große Rolle spielt wärend des Trainings! Marco Heiden: Hi, cooles Video. habe auch mit Freeletics angefangen. Vorerst nur die ProApp mit den Workouts geholt. Ich hab schon einiges an HIIT Workouts durch (mit Gewichten, nur Bodyweight oder Hill Sprints) aber das stellt alles in den Schatten. Erstes Workout Aphrodite war hart aber gut. Gestern Artemis und Squat Maxx ... Ich spüre meine Arme nicht mehr :-).. heute Rest day und morgen irgendwas mit Cardio,Beine und Sprints....(denke nicht das meine Arme morgen wieder irgendwas können)

DukeMountainRecords: Hi Alvaro, first I did carb cycling (2-3 days low carb 1-2 days high carb). After some weeks I changed completely to low carb. I take 4-5 meals a days - make sure that you never get hungry.. In the morning I take some carbs (most of the time albuminous cereals).. Sometimes I do pancakes or scrambled eggs with vegetables too.. In the lunch break I prefer to eat rice or full sight products with turkey or chicken. Very often fish, too. In the evening I always do low carb (tomatoes, paprika, tuna..

Oliver Neumann: Definitiv Stark:) Super Entwicklung! Jedoch sind die Pull Ups im Video nicht optimal. Strict ist top, jedoch sollte man die Arme unten komplett ausgestreckt haben:)

DukeMountainRecords: Thanks! Keep it going - it's worth it. Started my second Strength-Guide with Coauch this week, too.

DukeMountainRecords: salad).. and so on.. Before I go to bed I eat some nuts (walnut/almond) or herdman's cheese / low fat curd cheese.. So you got enough protein for the night.. Don't eat too much sweets. Drink water/green tea and 1-2 coffees (one coffee 15min before you start your workout, it's good). But hopefully you still live.. Cheatmeals and Cheatdays (going out and drink something) is a MUST HAVE, for me too ;-) Regards, Dennis
