tvhnrway: I'm 16 years old, i'm skinny because i lost weight last year when i was diagnosed with diabetes. I'm 186cm tall and my weight is 60kg. I have read that i should not do cardio. Tolis Zs: Hello, Bravo for the results, trully amazing! I just started training freeletics! I have the exactly same body-type with you, even the same height/weight; Im 190cm, 93kg. My goal is to achieve maximum strength and bulk-up/tone until summer. I wouldnt like to lose so much weight though, but I understand that this program burns a lot of body fat. Is there any way to gain muscle size by modifying the daily protein and calorie intake?

OfficialDevious: i really dont get this workout..some workouts that i wanna do have in them like 100 pullups..or 200 pushups..how the hell can i manage to even get half of it if im a beginner?and when do i stop?:OO and another question how many times should i train per week?(sry for bad english) thx.
