Austin Soboleski: Congratulations on the progress, guy. The only reason I won't try freeletics is because my legs are massive compared to yours. It seems like the program only worked on your upperbody and core. I do very little running or biking but I do use a leg press and my calves are twice, maybe even three times the size of yours easily. That's no insult, it's just my preference of working out. I also want to say congratulations to the larger man doing burpees next to you in one of your clips. I always smile when I see somebody making a very serious change in lifestyle like that.

Kurt Ramos: Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I am younger but I am very ambitious to try Freeletics again after seeing your video. I was diagnosed with Aspergers and OCD and I have suffered through much worry and inferiority complex for many years. I've always dreamed of having a dream body, even though I am not much athletic...I think it's time to worry no more on my body image or bullies, and get myself on your level!

JHUMAD BHRO: What excercises did you do in your first weeks. I noticed in the the start you did the Aphrodite. Did you do any others between week 1 and week 15? I just got finished doing Aphrodite and wow...what a shock to the system. Glad i survived my first workout.

tvhnrway: I'm 16 years old, i'm skinny because i lost weight last year when i was diagnosed with diabetes. I'm 186cm tall and my weight is 60kg. I have read that i should not do cardio. Because it burns too many calories. Do you have any thoughts on this? Any response would be Great, gongrats on your results! :)
