Austin Soboleski: Congratulations on the progress, guy. The only reason I won't try
freeletics is because my legs are massive compared to yours. It seems like
the program only worked on your upperbody and core. I do very little
running or biking but I do use a leg press and my calves are twice, maybe
even three times the size of yours easily.
That's no insult, it's just my preference of working out. I also want to
say congratulations to the larger man doing burpees next to you in one of
your clips. I always smile when I see somebody making a very serious change
in lifestyle like that.

17 years old and today was my first workout day (with freeletics).
Unluckily, my legs felt so hurt when i start the aphrodite at 20 reps
burpees. And i stop for a moment, maybe i wouldn't continue it. Then, i
watched some videos on youtube also this video. It motivated me to finish
my #1 day workout. But i want ask you some questions, how many days in a
week i must do workout? And should i do aphrodite in the 1st week then do
apollon in 2nd week or i can mix any workout name in one week? Hope you

My goal is to achieve maximum strength and bulk-up/tone until summer.
I wouldnt like to lose so much weight though, but I understand that this
