I just started training freeletics! I have the exactly same body-type with
you, even the same height/weight; Im 190cm, 93kg.
My goal is to achieve maximum strength and bulk-up/tone until summer.
I wouldnt like to lose so much weight though, but I understand that this
program burns a lot of body fat.
Is there any way to gain muscle size by modifying the daily protein and
