80% AR 15 LOWER RECEIVERS PART 1

What do you think about this video?

kronenbitter1: just so every one knows the way i drilled my 80% there is a lot of stuff that i should not have done ,gloves wd40 and the list can go on all my lowers that i did work just fine never had any problems shooting and any defects you could say my drilling was crude at best take the right steps and don't cut corners

ScopedNightmare: aresarmor sells the full set of the Jig top plates and all

kronenbitter1: part 2 is now up

Jack Makinson: The jig itself - Milling Adapter Plate - Drilling Adapter Plate & finally the trigger slot adapter plate.

OscarManK: Alright, thanks for responding.

Clyde A Glide: If you plan on not selling the it then you can make a new lower even in CA

Jack Makinson: Drill Press 3/8” drill bit 1/8” drill bit ½” drill bit 7/16” drill bit Drill stops 3/8” endmill 4 flutes carbide – 2” & 3” Calipers for measuring Your 80% Receiver AR-15 Drilling Jig from CNC guns along o Milling adapter kit o Trigger Slot Milling Adapter Kit

gary patterson: You can buy these anywhere now, try gunpartsplus, they have 80% lowers and the jigs.

Derick R: Can you lay out the sizes of drills you used, thanks...

FCdrftr: Yes it is legal to buy in CA

Locke Stone: Search us on line lockestone(dot)com we have the most ergonomic, toughest 80% lower on the market!!! Like us on Facebook for updates and future discounts

Donnie Baker: who did u get your lowers from

dojirawr: freak the laws. As long as you don't let anyone know you have it then it is fulfilling your right to keep in bear arms. When a rebellion hits the government isn't gonna give a damn what you have. "Firearms are the peoples' liberty's teeth." -George Washington.

S Winegar: Never casted, usually billet

epohnopulse: YES

Dan Neuenswander: I own a post ban Ar15, in Ca. My question is, Does this 80% lower still have to comply with all the current post ban laws ? Non-Removeable magazine etc ?

Zach Smith: how much would you sell one of those receivers? i been looking everywhere for 1

khyberpassgunsmith: do you have to buy both the jigs on cnc gunsmiths?

ceweldude64: I dont know if it is new since you ordered or not but they now have plates for the jig for the trigger hole as well. :)

khyberpassgunsmith: ok thanks great video

OscarManK: What does the 80% mean? What happened to the other 20%? Somebody told me at one point what it meant but I have since forgotten.

Ethan Middleton: the lower had only been 80% completed. You are required to finish the last 20% that would make it a firearm. As you buy them, they are not a firearm and can be shipped in the mail to you.

lazymo2: sorry didnt wait long enough lol

josueguzman602: Ill take one lol

sharpasadullknife: What does broached in the mag well mean?

John O'Donohue: Build Party is just like a 'birthday party' of invited participants. The host of said party owns the expensive CNC milling machine and everyone can use it for as little as 20 dollars. ATF law says the owner of 80% must press the 'START' button on CNC machine not the owner of the CNC machine.

pmalveda02: Good stuff bro! :D

clayton stout: how much did these cost per receiver?

MaximGhost: Yes, bullet button required for 5.56 with "assault rifle features" ... however, not required if you are only shooting rim-fire .22 as per cal laws. If you're looking to do this, contact Ares Armor in Oceanside, CA (you can find them via google) ... they know how to comply with the stupid cal gun laws and they have a machine shop nearby for you to do the automated 20% drilling yourself (for a $65 fee).

lazymo2: where did you get your jig?

Nathan Anderson: can't pawn it

Sip Angutti: Delish!

ScopedNightmare: aresarmor sells the full set of the Jig top plates and all

Sip Angutti: Casted?

kronenbitter1: no you have to buy the jig and then you have to buy the 2 top plates

xXAustinMXx: yes you still need a bullet button

Knut Meðalbýr: Rawr. I love me some patriots.

C172Pilotdude: Build Party ?

John O'Donohue: the other 20% is the fire control pocket that hasnt been milled yet. You have to do it yourself or join the build party and you can use other's milling jigs or in luck a CNC milling machine.

sickbro91: 80% means you do not have to register the gun at all or have a serial number on it. this means that you are building the gun for your own purpose and not for sales. so technically you can have a unregistered un marked gun legally for your own personal use

1993Telecaster: Yeah they still has to be followed.

sjzamora89: Is it legal to purchase in CA?
