PainSerum: Great review. I had been taking C4 before using Craze. And well, as you can
imagine... I do not take Crazy any longer. I was given a few sample packs
of various pre-workouts from GNC. They were all mediocre at best. So I went
back to C4 and am glad. Very thankful that most pre-workouts these days
have little to no carbs, because as a Type 1 Diabetic that just gives me
one less thing to worry about. Drink it and go!

c4snipar: if you're new to this product, it works wonder. I started off with 1 or 1.5
scoop, it really helps. However, I finished a 30 servings, and now almost
finish my 60 servings, I am on 2 scoops, and it doesn't give me that pump
and energy anymore, except the tingling faster heart beats. Will not
continue to use.

oliver kenny: Dont waste your money. Without the 1 3 dimethylamylamine these products are
just essentially caffeine and creatine, the rest of the ingredients are
just useless fillers that give you the odd tingly effect to make you "feel"
it is working. Plus you build a tolerance so you wont get 30 servings as
you need to take more and more. Go buy caffeine powder and a good quality
creatine they are cheaper and much more effective. And this is coming from
someone who has tried a lot of stuff.

miles in about 15-16 minutes, which is a good improvement from other times

still debating whether to take it or not. I have been lifting for around a
year now and really dedicated but I heard it could do damage to your body
even heart attacks? What do you suggest I do?
Sparks Fitness: If you are 14 years old I recommend you do not take ANY supplements other
than your daily vitamin and an omega 3 fish oil. Just eat clean. You are at
the point of your life where your body is flowing with hormones and if you
are lacking energy now, and need a preworkout, I would focus on more rest.
I do not suggest any supplementation until at LEAST 17-18 years old. You
dont need it until then.
Good been: Can you add creatine befor the gym with c4 if you do back biceps the biceps
overwork as you pull the weight I do back delts
Muscle & Motors: I think C4 is better targeted for intense weight training and not so much
cardio. If you wanted you could pick up the little 5 serving sampler pack
from bodybuilding and give it a try for a week. I'm sure it would work
great for energy and endurance but I think it's geared more toward lifting.
