david quinn: Hey there,not to many video’s on this beauty’s.I installed mine in my 58 foot boat,did everything they told me not to do,I closed space and all.i Made a exhaust to the outside and added a 44 gallon fuel tank with a regulator (that wasn’t needed) and a pulse pump.lets not forget the gas dune detector.all that about 13 years ago(would have to check the log)It’s runs everyday sins then for about 7-12 hours a day.i know it sims impossible but it’s the truth.I was having valve problem a year ago and was going to buy a new one...the dealer I use said to me to try a engine cleaner over night first.so I did,I use power run mercury engine ceaner(probably any cleaner would work)Well dam it’s working like new again.I never adjusted the valves,maybe I should.My question is,do the get tighter or looser on the gap?If you want pict of my installation let me know.Cheers

roadrunner: My eu3000is is putting out very high voltage. Blowing up everything. Over 250 volts. Help!

Coolbreeze: i'm hoping you can tell me what the gap is supposed to be between the idle screw and normal idle (not economy mode)

E Ellis: Hey mowermedic1, I have a Honda Eu3000is. I wont throttle up. It can run small items, palm sander, airless paint sprayer etc. I have cleaned the carb, air filter, checked the spark plug, replaced the oil. any ideas.

Jeffrey Holmes: Hi Jeremy, I've got a 3000is, love it, Live off the grid, set up solar hydra and wind, but still need a generator for certain power uses. My 3000is recently stopped running. Did comp. test... 000, ordered a head and all of the component parts that it will take to do the job, except I am unable to find valves, rods, and valve seats through any of the distributors on line. Any suggestions? Thanks , Jeffrey

aidytheace: Hi, I am wanting to convert a 120v unit to 230v. Would it be just a matter of swapping out the inverter unit and socket fitting? Cheers.

ronnie reeves: I have a 3000 watt invertor Honda. It worked perfecet last time I used it . Now it has no output. Northern want over 1k to replace the invertor board. Can anyone help.

Nazz Boner: Hey Jeremy, I just put in a new battery. The starter makes noise but it won't start the generator. Pull starts just fine. Any help?

Janet Auckland: i have a eu3000 inverter the pull rope is not chaffed but it pulls the rope out a little bit then stops then relax a little pull again comes a little each time it stops relax the rope and i cannot pull it all the way to start any idea.

Marc Paisey: hi i got the eu26i and it won't start. it has no spark, changed plug & still no spark. disconnected oil switch, no spark. is it going to be the coil? looks a pain to get to

John S: I had talked with a guy at a Murdochs Ranch and home store. He said that if they run on eco mode low idle a lot that that's bad for them as they have carbon buildup. I wasn't aware of that when I bought it but I use it to keep the batteries on my 5th wheel camper charged up and it runs idle for probably 8 hours a night. Could that possibly be my issue and how do I clean the spark arrester? Or do I need to buy a new spark arrestor?

THEMOWERMEDIC1 THE SMALL ENGINE SPECIALIST: SOUNDS LIKE THE SPARK ARRESTER IS CLOGGED UP OR YOU HAVE A CARBURETROR ISSUES......THERE ARE SO MANY VARIABLES THAT COULD MAKE THE ENGINE RUN BAD......FIRST AND FORMOST THING I WOULD DO IS A LEAK DOWN TEST ON THE ENGINE TO TEST ITS MECHANICAL INTEGRITY THEN GO FROM THERE

John S: I got it to fire up. But it runs really rough on high idle. Its a little smoother on eco mode. I had the air filter cover off and when I put it back on it started running even rougher.

John S: I have been using my Honda eu3000 all summer off and on. Last night it died and I just assumed it ran outta gas. I got home from work and its full of gas/oil. Oil is clean does not smell like gas. It turns over just fine but it just wont fire. Any thoughts?
