J o n a t h a n: mine exploded and hit me in the head ouch my head hurts now, good idea but
the quality's crappy if that hoes was made in the USA it last me a life
time. cheap Chinese crap.
jbofrtwp: The pocket hose I bought exploded after leaving water pressure on with the
nozzle turned off just for a short time. This was after a week or so of
use. If I bought a similar hose in the future I might try the DAP XHose Pro
that is suppose to be stronger and it has brass fittings rather than
plastic. I definitely would not recommend buying either hose in this video
after having mine explode after limited use.

je penser que je me sois fait arnaqué? Je trouve cette entreprise
irrespectueuse envers ses clients ou désorganisée, ou je doute fort de son
honnêteté. En tous les cas vous m'avez dégoûté des achats en ligne.
Charlize De Leon: I like the pocket hose more, but like how you described both of them in
Tristen Whiteaker: THESE HOSE AINT LOYAL
The Gaming Nerd: I've had both. They both sucked and exploded. Give them time. The pocket
hose lasted a little longer which is funny because it was the cheaper one
with plastic fittings vs. the X Hose with "heavy duty" brass fittings.
Elisa Siliezar: i had two green and they both could not stand the pressure and burst.
Sorry... great idea but didn't work for me.
Nozzleman22: I've had 2 pocket hoses, both lasted about 1 month..they SUCK..Great idea,
cheap manufacturing...I'm now back to my reliable rubber hose.
tjdann64: Please make sure your own equipment is functional (leaking y-fitting,
etc.). It's hard to take you seriously sir.
Carrie M: I had a POCKET HOSE. Used two times. When I had the water turned off at
the end the pressure built up and the inner hose leaked. The green part
swelled up because of the water being leaked out of the inside tube. Wish
I knew how to explain that.
Also, the coupling cracked off on the second day.
Voodoo8648: I have used Hose Xs for 2 years, check out my video review
Hose X REVIEW (2 year update)
john doe: i have two 50ft pocket hoses! i like them very much! much lighter than
Matt McNeice: why not take 2 minutes ant fix that leak? if this were a scientific test,
it wouldn't even pass peer review....
concujak: are there any *reliable* expanding hoses ? I have had 3 so far, they all
explode or rip very easily after a couple months use....
Charles Calvano: I've owned the blue X hose for 1 year. Used it about 15 times last
summer/fall. Drained it and stored in my garage over the winter. Went to
use it this spring and found the hose has, essentially, become totally
permeable. Water comes out of the hose OVER ITS WHOLE LENGTH. The water
never even gets to the end!
tomx63: Just avoid the pocket hose altogether. It's a great idea, but a poor
execution of it. I purchased the original pocket hose, which sprang a
leak. Thought maybe it was a fluke and purchased another. It too sprang a
leak the same way. The retractable liner bubbled through the mesh outer
Then.... the pocket hose "ultra". Let's try this again. Maybe they've
really improved it? Negative. Exact same defect occurred today with the
pocket hose ultra.
arabia d: The only test that matters is durability and my understanding is neither
are anything more than a gimmick based on durability.
Stephie Deng: what about the new stretch hose at robert dyas
JayzBeerz: Pocket Hose WINS!
jelmedia: They're all junk....I've tried several brands and every one keeps breaking.
Leaks, broken plastic, you name it. I can't believe you're even wasting
your time reviewing this rip-off product.
Jakobi Powell: I have the pocket hose.
Dan Drew: These hoses did not work for me. They exploded within 6 months. I really
wanted them to work :(
MickieFan226: Don't buy either of these. A friend of mine works at Bed Bath & Beyond and
told me that she gets so many returns on these products because they easily
pop. Waist of money.
james mcdonald: don't know what kind of pocket hose you have there, but I have had two and
both shrink up to about half the length when the end valve is opened and
water starts to flow they shrink to maybe 10-12 feet and I have to fight to
stretch them back out while using them
R Leslie: The real issue is durability and cut/abrasion resistance.
Kat Hay: Sounds like this product has potential, but still needs a good deal of work
before it's durable enough to justify spending hard-earned money on it.
When it's ready, it'll be a godsend to us all, but not yet.
Ray Konsul: My Pocket Hose broke after a few months
Carolyn Long: the pocket hose is JUNK. ive went through 3 of them, in the hopes that the
first 2 were just defected or just too much pressure inside them, but it
turns out its total junk. waste of 20$.. it worked well for about a week
before it started to bubble in a certain spot and then burst the next use.
same thing happened to ALL of them.
Maryam Gholamian: Excellent video series. have you tried STRETCH HOSE (orangey coloured)
miz12ful: my pocket hose last only on the first use it burst in the middle of the
hose. I wouldn't buy this crap
Anastasia Beaverhousen: Y adapters always favor one side over the other. It doesn't matter if you
are using two of the same hoses, stretchy or regular, one side is always
going to get more power.
gloria house: These products are definitely a waste of good money. I have had 4 of these
pocket hoses and they exploded after less than three uses. They have been
replaced by the company but what a farce. They all break.
pango cloaker: pfff yeah right
Vidmantas Bartkėnas: kodel neberasai namo
Dale McClain: Until they can be made to be durable, I wouldn't buy either. Got one
season out of the pocket hose before it burst.
Humboldt Greenthumb: bunk!!!!!
Nona Moose: I bought one of the blue ones and it only lasted a few months. I had
trouble using it without getting wet and I couldn't use a sprinkler with
it. Waste of money.
Michael Davidson: They're both garbage, any hose that expands / shrinks like that will fail
after a few months of use. Buy a good regular garden hose and it will last
Stinky Turd: i play pocket pool
boy2blu: get the "y" connection fix first
Amber Wince: Have only tried Pocket Hose, have to take back about every 3 months to get
replacement. Replaced 5 times! Here we have to have an attachment due to
Ess Tee: I appreciate your taking the time to do your comparison. Thanks so much!
Dale McClain: BTW, a little plumbers tape will stop that leak.
azimmey: Both are pieces of junk lol. I have a friend that had them. She turned it
on and it worked for 20min and popped. Only 45 psi at her faucets
Stig Brännlund: All the expanding hoses i bought on Ebay starts leaking at the ends, the
internal soft rubber hose comes of the hard plastic part that you attach to
the tap. have you had any similiar effect with any of theese hoses? please
try to jiggle and stretch the hose at the sides when water is off and see
if leakage occurs like miy ebay clones..
David Coblitz: Every single pocket hose I've bought has burst a leak within 1 year! Bed,
Bath & Beyond readily took them back & replaced them with the latest model,
since they said nearly 100% of these were returned last year. The new one
sprung a leak in the middle of the hose after 2 week's use! These are
junk. Don't waste your money.
Doug Fraser: Had the hose for a few weeks and it burst,I would not buy another one
MrKenstar2: i like the video, but cant take you serious with a leak that bad. you could
have fixed it and then shot the video
Sarah Avery: Can you review my little pony mystery minis
