kevin williams: $379 at bass pro, im so excited ill be getting this in a few weeks
Dj Draz: just hope it is better than 770
Nathan Gardner: great gun just got it myself in 7mm rem. mag. i think most if not all
people would be willing to pay an extra 20 bucks for a factory rail.
Matthew Huth: Hey Remington, is there any chance you may be producing a heavy barreled
varmint version of this rifle in the near future? im in the market for a
new bolt rifle but want a heavy barrel.
TheJaimevargas86: got it for xmas…. i love this rifle
darkspectro100: Any chance to make them bull barrel same twist 1/10 ,24-26 in long ,in
camo?.otherwise will have to stick it out just with camo.thanks
darkspectro100: Any chance to make a tactical version on 308 ,same twix 1/10 & 24-26in.How

Hector5833: Remington, are the scope rings used in this video medium or low?? Please
GunOrange: #Remington Model 783
crazyheatrocker: hey remington, would you say I could use this for a nice light 308 target
rifle just to practice marksmanship and hunt occasionally?
PCnever: looking at this for my first bolt action, cant wait
Remington Arms Company: Yes there will be more caliber options in the future.
mrdole2008: I bought a 783 as soon as they were in stores. In fact I got the very first
one at the gander mountain by my house. It had just come off the truck
shortly before I got there. Its a very nice rifle and a great price.
John Troy: Are you going to make it for more calibers like 300 win mag?
Alaska Skidood: Cool. Where can I find technical details?
troy murchie: I have one, 30-06 topped with a bushnell legend HD ultra, used a half box
of 165gr core-lock, last three rounds went thru the same hole, i love it, i
live in northern bc canada cant wait to go moose hunting this fall.
Guitar Dave: I was just in Academy and they carry the 770 but I want them to carry the
783 . I have a Model 700 that people have been trying to get me to sell for
years . I hope the 783 shoots as good as the 700 I have . I really got
lucky with this one .
mrdole2008: I just went from 6 to midnight. So much want with this rifle.
AnimalAssassins: Did somebody actually dislike this post?
Shai'Tan Malkier: I asked the same question a week ago. But still has yet to be answered. I
guess they don't even know.
haff202: I have watched 3 videos now on this rifle and no one has pulled out the
bolt and talked about it. Hand clearance between bolt and scope does not
look good. No degrees of bolt throw given. Ruger American is 70 degrees,
Savage Axis is 90 degree. Is rifle drilled and tapped for scope or weaver
Mike B: Hope to see this in .260 Remington and .280 Remington, two of my faves!
iJordan956: i cant find this rifle
Remington Arms Company: MSRP is $451
FreeWombling: I'm not a big fan of the moulded sling studs, or the rather chunky looking
plastic trigger guard. Looks like it shoots well though.
Paul Altum: 22" barells?! Any plans to change that to 24"? That would be the advantage
over buying a savage to me.
MrZonacat1: I look forward to learning more about the 783. I have a Remington 7600 in
280 Rem. which I dearly love. Anyone who thinks slide action rifles are not
accurate has not fired one.
LibertyChive: R783 VTR in 308? That would be awesome!
digger hurd: what scope is on the gun and when are they going to be available to
purchase in canada
tommy gun: cant beat a 700. More info out their about the gun and if you ever wanted
to do after market upgrades to the gun you could because of the rifles
TheIncredibleYeti: So what is the MSRP on these rifles?
John Troy: great it's going to be my favorite hunting rifle
Remington Arms Company: You should experience no problems from the bolt handle.
digger hurd: what scope is on the gun
Tim Archibald: Looking forward to getting mine in 7mm Rem Mag but i'm curious what is the
action screw spacing?
ChrisCorle01: yea...ill stick to my SPS tactical .308
blackops617: Awesome. What caliber were you using during the test/hunt?
mtothem1337: This looks like a nice step forwards, i currently own a Remington 700 .308,
would it be an improvement to upgrade to this new rifle? or should is stick
with my old one? it functions like a charm.
Shai'Tan Malkier: When will the Mossy Oak stock be available? Everywhere I look the only
stock that is listed is the black synthetic stock.
Charles Willis: This just landed on my NEED NOW list! I will have one!
CIRRUS: How much does it cost? Great video.
Remington Arms Company: We discovered a fixture issue that affected a small portion of the 783 bolt
handles. The issue was corrected and we elected to correct the rifles
already shipped before they were purchased. This was not an issue of
safety. We are shipping Model 783 rifles again and first priority is being
given to dealers who had suspect rifles returned to us.
mike allrite: one day these will be in aus 308 please mate
HunterXray: VS the 700, how would I attack a bi-pod and a sling?
reorg: i want one of those!
Dan Iacobescu: What's the biggest caliber this model comes into? Are there any calibers
larger than the 30.06 available for it?
FaRealSauce4: Awesome video. Really good looking rifle.
brandonhoffbh: And i love the remington 11-87 i got with black synthetic stock with grey
over molded grips it shoots like a dream
Vet: When I graduated High School, all I wanted to do was kick back and relax without having to do any homework. But I realized I have no money to do anything fun. So I went to a San Francisco Vet School to get trained to make money. But seeing your videos, I am gonna be an internet marketer on the side. Let me know if you have any tips. Thanks.
