Arduino3DPrinter: I made almost the same thing from laminated 1x3's and used a wood bow. The
string is some high strength bungee cord from a climbing store. It shoots
far and I put a laser sight on it.
Kristaps Judeiks: Seems a pretty versatile and fixable weapon for the inevitable zombie
Alexito Ditrich: I love this wood marble shooting crossbow. Powerful!
Tom Stockman: @Matthiaswandel Oh, well done! The solutions you come up with are always
more elegant than anything I would devise. By the way, your combination
lock video inspired me to make one out of knex. It is a video response to
that video :)
narpup: baby wolf
HanicIzKanio: You rub your head in shame for being an idiot.
Wiking91: Wow, I didn't expect it to be THAT powerful.
bandboy13: @Th3AngryGam3r yeah, they find people peppered with marbles!
jarvisiscool: awesome now i know what to do when i see a gopher in my backyard
astrobreaux: from what i can see, it appears the spring steel strips are torsion leaf
springs used in the front beam of air cooled VW's. you can still buy them
new and used from various after market and salvage vendors worldwide.
AnselmoFanZero: Nice! Your name sounds extremly German btw.
kawana87: imagin steel ball berrings
AnselmoFanZero: If you cant IMAGINE a few things or figure them out yourself, your not able
to fabricate such a device, even with the best most detailed plans ever.....
Kevorkianable: Broken glass everywhere.. but fun!
Teir1Delta: Will you sell me one
x_Alyyssa: you need a how to vid
Chunk Norris: 1:19*
Mrquiron2011: Congratulations, you are the best...... I like your wood work
eastern412bmx: just imagine getting shot with it hahaha
kawana87: That would actually be really cool! Midevil paintball wars anyone?
Gerixous: lol.. you wouldn't wana mess with him lol
Tom Stockman: Is there anything that keeps the projectile from sliding out the end once
loaded? That isn't very important, but it would be cool. Perhaps a similar
mechanism to the hooks that hold the string?
spugintrntl: How thick was that plywood you were shooting in the beginning?
bunnybear: You're a genius man! =P
Josev Kreu: dude this is brilliant :D I'm making one! it looks a lot more accurate than
me with my giant bulky Y forked sling shot! it has a draw weight of 35lbs
and shoots 150mm steel bearings, but its not accurate in the hands of most
people. Me, I can shoot a fly out of the sky with it, but I need some thing
some one else can use :O
Dan Lapp: This is awesome. I mean look at that bottle. That was completely
demolished..Imagine what that could do to your face
frothypython: I agree. but you must chek out this guys airgun
Strong Bhang: DId that crap go through plywood? What about the string? If that string
snaps it looks like it would hurt.
Alex Foote: if you used live batteries, could you make a tazer? and yes i know that
electricity doesnt work like that, but it would still be cool
Xskillna: You would then realize that bullets, and or marbles don't ricochet 180
thatminivassalloguy: awsome give the cops another warning gun, the been bags were bad enough now
imma get batteries and marbles shot at me......
Th3AngryGam3r: I can see the news now. The Marble Killer on the loose!
Michael Kampel: dude can you get me one of those. awsome!
olesto: make it shoot paintballs :P
Matthias Wandel: Click the description for an explanation.
Quazi KB: @Error081688 all youd need is some rubbery stuff
Freddie Andres: Its like wooden airsoft or paintball crossbow.
eat shat google plus: @Error081688 I have never made one (nice cross bow btw) :) but I would rig
it to use .375 ball bearings and use a neodymium magnet or 2 to hold it in
place until the letoff, so it does not roll out if shooting downhill etc.
1342hack: You can make a magasine to it that would be SUPER!
whatscrakn101: lolz search kostka lightning it shoots 14mm steel balls from most crossbows.
thespaceboon101: you should start a wooden item store
startreking2007: Someone willing to loose their marbles. Sounds crazy.
KalKyuLayTor: Ricochet for those things would be pretty dangerous O:
WaywardSquire: Wood boards, beer bottles... I bet it'd work wonders on trespassers, too...
