ThunderDork: The DXF stuff is 2d. If you want 3d models you need the IGES or STEP files.
Even has a Sketchup version but that won't have true curves.

ThunderDork: I put a ton more info on my site about this kind of stuff and the process I
took creating them step by step. It takes about 2 hours to do the
machining, drilling and tapping per bearing and costs about $12 in raw

CintraxBR: I use my cnc router to center/spot drill and after that go drill press. So
you dont need to punch each position manually.

ThunderDork: doing it all on the cnc router right now with some end mills with a longer
cutting length. But i'm thinking that might be the way to go. i'm not sure
if it solves all the problems. main issue was that the press was drilling
at a non perfect perpendicular angle because it wasn't trammed up and its
little bed would bend a bit under pressure. if i had a spindle that ran at
slower speed i'd probably just use drill bits in it and forgo everything
