dread head: what is the name of this song?
JenJen Plum: I accidentally disliked this vid sorry
Chancy: Love your vids! You are so real! :-)
DrMartisha: This video is great, but what if my hair is not this long. My twists arent
this long yet...
Janeal Anderson: So. I know this is random, but I just want to see if I got all this right..
1. Part hair in sections
2. Spray water + oil mixture into hair.
3. Finger detangle hair.
4. Put in conditioner, working out any more tangles left. (use wide tooth
comb hair and comb out hair)
5. Put some chunky twists/ braids in.
6. Steam hair / do some work out to get blood flowing which helps in
7. "Baggy". Cover hair with shower cap/ plastic bag. Leave for some hours,
go about doing your daily routine.
8. To rinse out hair, squeeze down on twists/braids under running water
until all the conditioner is out. OR work in conditioner on scalp while
9. Dry hair with a cotton t-shirt to prevent frizzing and breakage.
10. Apply leave- in conditioner put in some bantu knots and allow to air
11. Moisturize hair. (can water and oils be used again ?)
12. style ?
*where does deep conditioning come in ?*
Empress Royale: Is it good to co-wash your 4c hair?
Brittaney R: So I see that I'm late getting to this video but man! The advice is great,
better than most vids that I have attempted to use as far as styles and
proper care. Plus, the music is always on point!
Jouelzy: my style is too plain lol...no one wld watch my ootd...
Jouelzy: thanks love! yeah I tweeted u abt it when I did it. Not nearly as nice as
yours. Thanks for supporting.
prettypisces08: Where did you get that wig. Love it.
Jouelzy: girl...I was probably looking a hot mess *tears*
SuchAdoLL1024: i saw you downtown bk ^___^
The Love Chronicles: I'm just finding out about you and look...you did my style at the end! How
naturalesque81tv: I JUST listened to this track!!!
April Williams: So is the water and oil your everyday moisturiser?
gfeesh: I love the wear a wig option!!! I would have never thought of it!! You go
monidanielle: I've heard before that you could "train" your natural hair. I didn't think
it was possible, but I guess it is. I sarted using your co wash routine,
and my finger detangling has become soooo much easier over time.
Nibbler800: Great to find a 4C natural woman 'bigging up' 4C hair (Sadly I've seen too
many negative comments in the 'community' about this hair type ... and
that's sometimes from the wearers themselves. Keep up the great postings
Imani Peters: I have thick 4c and at the age of 8 I decided to get locs but now that I
have had my hair for almost 10 years now, I've decided that this summer
after my high school grad I want to take my locs out & start a whole new
look. The reason I got locs was the fact it was a long process of washing
then twisting then hot combing my hair then braiding. It took my mother 3
days to complete my hair. Seeing you video has gotten me excited to see
that I'm not the only one with this hair but I am a bit nervou
Torrian Timms: Soooooo glad i found this page! this seems like the perfect was to retain
length post washing... (my biggest issue... ) You cold wave rods are
awesome too! ur a saint. and I love ur style!!
msblow09: Never tired washing my hair in twist thanks for the tip
Syreeta King: Very...Pretty!
slimmmboogie: Your hair is bombbb. I have been natural twice. First time 5 months til i
got a relaxer & i was considering getting a relaxer again. I have been
natural for 10 months now & this video was soooo informative. I have 4c
hair and it has always been dry. I'll give this a try though. I really
wanna stay natural now if I can just find the patience! It's so versatile.
Thanks for the video babe.
juanicole617: wait wait wait...did you say train your hair? I can train my hair not to
tangle as much?
SimsVideoWatcher1: so happy I found this video...i'm going to give this method a try.
ashia ackov: Gorgeous!
danielleloveslou624: Thanks for this vid!
Destiny Washington: Has anyone told you, you look like Jurnee Smollete...gorgeous
MrsJizzah1: Ok! I'm a Subbie!!!!! Now....going through all of your videos! BTW your
makeup is beautiful in this video!!
Jasmine Royal: Thanks for this!
curlygirla: what was the name of that wig??
Ly-Tasha Yahya: I love your hair!
magwoodn: U look familiar is ur name Jasmin?
Jesuskee: From my understanding leaving a plastic cap on your hair is deep
conditioning and the baggy method is putting moisturizer on your ends/hair
and leaving the plastic cap on to retain moisture.
Virtuouz Kinks: i just love your hair!! :)
Brandywine: I found you! Nice meeting you on the A this evening. Your hair is beautiful!
TheFoxybrown7119: I enjoyed your video and am on my own journey. Thanks.
imanisingleton90: What is the song in the background ?
finesse33: you are pretty
Imani Peters: s on how I might be able to succeed with the new look. So do you have any
videos for people who are clueless like me on what/how I can do with my
hair & the best products to use? Also I plan on coloring my hair again, is
that a bad thing?
kbutler74: I've been searching for naturals with 4c hair that is similar to mine!!
Thanks for the channel I'M SUBSCRIBED!!! YEA!!
Jouelzy: well you can subscribe to my channel and check out my other videos. I try
to provide as much detail as possible and give you a good base for where to
start with your hair.
Jouelzy: oh yay!!! You found me :) It was great to meet you too! Too bad Shecky's
was womp womp -_-
Hope Angel: I'm SO glad I found this channel! I have 4c hair too. You channel
definitely has inspired me to continue on my natural hair care journey! I
do want to ask a question.....My ends tends be very hard and dry. I trim my
ends as needed and apply more product to ends to help with the hardness and
moisture. Righn now its not working. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you
stillettopumps86: hey great vid! should people with 4c hair do more co washes/ baggying?
SosoVish: I can't even thank you enough for this video. I was having such a difficult
time washing my hair and this detangling process helped cut my time in
half. Usually it takes me forever to wash because I have so much build up.
But I broke it down into smaller sections (than I usually do), wet it,
detangled it, put my "conditioner" on as mentioned and by the time I washed
it, I only had to wash it once. Which is unheard of!! My scalp felt so
beautiful. I'm so geeked up. And my hair feels so soft!
dkblck1958: sis either u r chewing gum or chewing your tongue....lol....i thought i was
the only one to do that when concentrating....my momma usta say i was gonna
chew my tongue off....has never happened....thanks for sharing queen
luvinsumlife: How often do you shampoo wash? How often do you co wash? Do you hot oil
treat ? Last question ACV do you try this rinse some time? Sorry, I just
love your channel and have your method helps me the best. Thanks in
