Chicagojoe28: I need this! Is it good with Rail scanning? thanks!
MooseBaker: How well do they work?
MooseBaker: Can you hear CB radios? with scaners?
MooseBaker: Whats that mean?
steven joy: To program a frequency, press MAN (manual). Then press PGM(program), after you do that it should say PGM in the top right hand corner. Then using the arrows select the channel you would like to program the frequency on. After that simply use the numbers to program the frequency, then press ENT(enter). Then press Scan. Yea, it's hard in the beginning, but you'll get the hang of it. If you have any more questions please contact me.
