Frank Montes: So I had been trying this on my own without a video just going off
something I read on the Toshiba website, what I was doing was holding down
the "0" on the number pad to the left and that would bring up a whole
different screen, when I saw that you were using the "0" on the number bar
up top it went to the factory reset screen so right now it is in the
"Recovery of Factory Default Software" screen with 19.13 minutes remaining.
I know lost some important stuff but I can easily get them back, good thing
right. I will update once the countdown is over so for now thank you.

password when I stopped using my laptop for at least a year and a half.
When I held down 0 and pressed power it turned on as it normally would. I
don't know if this has something to do with the fact my phone was plugged
in to charge or not?
Saifon2000: seems to work better if you 0 while restarting the laptop.. rather than a
powered off state

this tip don't work, booting in repair mode can allow the Toshiba repair
wizard where the computer can be restore to factory default.

and the bar, but after a while it just goes to the welcome screen and boots
