Roney Santhosh: hi i have seen another exercise where your fingers are placed under eyebrows and then lifting eyebrows with fingers and closing your eyes. Is that exercise really useful as this one

IgnorantProduction: If I have Ptosis, should I just do this to one eye or to both eyes? because it is sort of difficult to do to just one eye.

What is sure is this is when I started the facial yoga that the point of my nose got (a bit) lifted, I don't see any other explanation... That's puzzling but as you say everything's connected so actually that's not that surprising!

marisol fossa: Hi Alison, I just have a question- I still do these exercices everyday and it is very good for my lids. But I noticed something strange -and good!- it is about my nose= a bit slimmer ! I think it is not a coincidence, I think it is thanks to the exercices! My nose is like lifted and is slimmer than before. do you think it is due to the cheeks lifted or the eyes, the lifted eyelids ..?? ^^ that's strange :)

Alison Heath: Yes it will help, if the ptosis is caused by weakness of the muscle or nerve damage. Your best bet is to approach it from every direction using the complete Easy Natural Facelift program.

look at it like toning and exercising your body. When you flex your muscles, they don't stay that way or cause your skin to wrinkle. Your face is the same.

Alison Heath: Tania, There are 4 muscles in the cheek. I am referring to the Levator labii. It is a thick vertical muscle when it contracts it draws the lips upward toward the middle area of your eye socket. This muscle is also responsible for the fullness and shape of the front cheek. You can isolate the feeling of that muscle squinting and feeling the muscle move upward from below your eye sockets. When this muscle loses its tone and volume your lips will start to roll in, giving you a thin-lipped look.
