Daniel Barrionuevo: It is possible make a crossfire with 2 graphics card (hd 7770) + a10 6800k?
Vishad Verma: Dude you are the man!!
Michael Lambert: Dude you are the man!!
วิว คุง: A10-5800k Crossfire 7750 !!
hokayuuu777: A10 + 6670 is it better than my single 6870?
TheLovejoy85: dual graphics can be enabled using the 7750. Go, tell everybody the good
TheLovejoy85: Really? That stinks. Makes me feel a little iffy about buying a 7750 and
trying it myself...
TheLovejoy85: That's good to know. I think I'll set mine to 2 GB depending on how much
RAM I have installed in my system
pacsmile: first of all, im using an asus F2A55-M LE motherboard, in advanced mode i
had to change the settings on NB configuration (wich is located on the
advanced tab of the advanced mode), i changed the IGFX multi monitor to
enabled first, then on primary device i set the IGFX video (onboard video)
and i had to force the integrated graphics and i set a UMA size to 1GB...
but yeah, i thought about that my ram was limiting the ram on the video
card (1gb gddr5)
richmond ang: Sir i would like to know the video benchmarks that you showed us is an
HD7770 dedicated GPU using a AMD A10 5800K? Looks pretty impressive A10 on
Righto W.: The A10+ 7750 is a beast!
pacsmile: so yeah, i only see this viable for systems with an apu a8 or a10 paired
with a discrete hd 7750 with ddr3 memory, with the gddr5 version it only
gets worse :/
TheLovejoy85: Ok, thanks. What is UMA? Unified memory that the iGPU will use?
TheLovejoy85: Don't know how many different ways I have to explain it. There are
benchmarks and videos that PROVE it is possible. Just do a search for 7750
dual graphics on Google or Youtube.
pacsmile: i just figured it out lol, took me a while to find the option i had to
activate in the bios, and now im currently using my hybrid crossfire,
radeon hd 7560d+ 7700, but i really feel like its slower than my hd 7750
alone, not to mention that i get a lesser bandwith in gpu-z, while in the
crossfire section i get a bandwith of 25.6GB/s i get 73.6GB/s in my
discrete graphics card :c, i've to test a litle more this setup to see if
my performance actually droped
TheLovejoy85: I shared it privately on your G+
TheLovejoy85: The Radeon HD 7670 is an OEM only rebranded 6670 found in HP systems.
Running dual graphics with the 7670 would be exactly the same as running
dual graphics with the 6670, which should have around 1.4 TFLOPS(1382.4
GFLOPS) of compute power vs running dual graphics with a 7750 which should
INSURE 1.4 TFLOPS(1433.4 GFLOPS) of compute power, if not slightly more.
So, it's not a huge difference, but it's a difference none the less. 6670
with 768 GFLOPS single vs 7750 with 819 GFLOPS single.
TheLovejoy85: dual graphics can be enable with an AMD Radeon HD 7750 thanks to updates to
Mreenbaljongeman: Can you send me a link to that post too?
L3THALXFOX .: freak yea i can use a 7770 crossfire with the a10
richmond ang: Sir how will you install an HD7770 dedicated GPU on a A10 igp? Will this
disabled the A10's igp HD7660D in order to use the dedicated discreet GPU?
Mario Bojorquez: no
NeoXF: What A6? You're using a A10 here. And the A10 smokes even a i3-3220 in most
maitsepolitsei: i already have it, it was just interesting to see such compairing between
egy dragoon: please urgent question can I crossfire a8 5600k with sapphire 6670 ??
TheLovejoy85: I know most games won't have higher fps when allocating 2 GB RAM to the
iGPU, but I'll have plenty left over for system memory and it should
improve frame times. I just want the iGPU to have the maximum possible
bandwidth since I'll be pushing the core clock to 1012 MHz.
Kits Amores: Didyou just Hybrid CrossfireX your APU and 7770? I thought it's not
possible cause itonly supports HD 6670/6570.
pacsmile: my ram its currently set @ 1600mhz
pacsmile: yup, its the amount of ram you want to use for your apu
88s10Durango: only hd 7770 ,, 6670 is max that will run in dual graphics with a a 10
richmond ang: This is very interesting so sir today's current latest games using HD7770
and a Dual core G840/ G620 is still a competitive but how will it pair or
do battle with a A10 w/ HD7770?
88s10Durango: yes will disable a 10 igpu
maitsepolitsei: thats interesting, u can actually beat with a10+6670 @ O.C some 7750 @ def
slash0704: a10+7750 is greater than a10 with 6670?
richmond ang: But it can still be able to put a dedicated GPU like the HD7770 on a A10
EIEH: It can beat the A10+6670 (Not O.C) but when overclocked it almost have same
performance with the 7750. But if you're buying, I recommend the HD 7770
paired up with an Intel G840/630 Sandy Bridge Processor which beats the A6.
2CoolKazinhu: I recently got a a10 5800k, and was thinking of getting a HD 7870. Think
it's a good deal?
maitsepolitsei: for gaming yes, a10 have point without discreet videocard then its have
good prive/perfomance, otherwise get socket fm2 athlon x4 + 7770 or some
regular am3+ stuff.
glen lonnen: it cannot be enabled with a 7750 though its a totally different card that's
why i said the 7650 not the 7750 the 7750 has a different processioning
unit and 100% does not work with any apu in xfire
calical26: i have 2 xfx R7770's in crossfire i7 3770k every game i get 60fps+ maxed
calical26: heavenbenchmark score is 3020 max fps 200 min 45fps
TheLovejoy85: Which setting did you have to change? Does your 7750 have 1 GB of GDDR5? If
it does, running dual graphics is limiting the bandwidth to DDR3 speeds to
match the iGPU inside your A8-5600K
slash0704: you have vsinc activated ?
NeoXF: Yes, ASUS just announced/showed a FM2+ motherboard, which can use FM2
APUs/CPUs (such as Trinity and Richland) and the soon to be launched
Kaveri, which will use this hUMA/HSA thingy that hopefully will be a
paradigm shift it computing/gaming. PS4/XBO and LV/ULV Tamesh and Kabini
AMD APUs already have it and soon we'll see the fruits of this new tech.
glen lonnen: if anything it would be the 7670 not 7750
pacsmile: i've been trying to figure that out, but i just cant enable the xfire with
my a8-5600k and my hd 7750 :c
88s10Durango: yes the IGPU will be disabled with a descreet HD 7770 installed ...
NeoXF: Don't, it's a waste. 512MB or 1GB tops. Condisering the iGPU being slow
compered to dedicated ones, can't really do much with the extra RAM. 1GB is
only useful if you're playing badly memory managed games, like Max Payne 3
or GTA IV (Rockstar games, go figure...) Otherwise... waste, you're system
is better of using it as system memory.
