Danny Martz: today try to install a aftermarket radio in chrysler 02 non infinity
system, connect everything but not sound ,connect the factory again the
factory and work, ,what can i do?i was not see any remote wire . i try to
send signal with tone generator but any sound, aftermarket radio work for a
moment after take off the factory radio , but take of the key , and turn on
in ignition , and not sound again,
Cynthia Young: or part number 70-1818 i did my research and hook it up that way without a
long ass wire like that
Michael Young: I dont get it so just run the regular red power wire off the 87 on the
relay rather than the one in the stereo harness?
Ben Monteiro: Following the instruction but i receive no power. If disconnect power comes
Ray Johnson: How do you remove the radio from the 1997 Chryslet T&C LXI
Dee Lovett: Ok I have a 2008 chrysler sebring and I have a Kenwood ddx370 I hooked up
all the speaker wires up color for color... and red black and yellow up
color for color but got nothing... But if I take the yellow and red wire
from the back of the unit and put them together then place them on the
yellow wire from the wiring harness it comes on but won't cut off when I
turn the key off so what am I doing wrong
Eric C.: Great video.
ken14850: is this the same for a 2006 pacifica do you know?
Mike Driggers: hey oneshot i have a 2000 chrysler t&c lxi this red wire u installed does
this bypass the manuf. amps that r on the speakers them selfve ive been
trying to find how bypass them without having to buy new speaker and
rewiring the whole van.
Jack Whiffen: I believe that this is what I need to do to finally replace my head unit,
but the last time I messed around with a relay box it didn't end too well.
before you attached the wire to your relay box, was your head unit getting
power but not putting out sound? also do you know if you are doing this fix
because your van came with the infinity sound system? Appreciate the help.
zech1309: look i have a big problem i hav one extra wire
kyle kahler: I used the constant yellow wire coming out from the radio works perfect
1967oneshot: If you hear no sound after you hook up you aftermarket stereo you most
likely have a dig. amp and have to send a signal to the relay to switch it
on. Remember to use your amp ground and ground it good.
JJTechguy: Awesome. I searched for hours trying to find an answer. Thankyou.
Ken Tague: For everyone: I used 16 gauge wire, and attached to the switched power on
the radio (red) so there would not be a constant drain, works perfectly!
John Day: Thanks bunch!
Richard Denis: why didn't you just buy a wiring harness for ten buck and plug it in the
the existing one in the van no need to run new wires just snap together and
turn on your ignition and there you go, memory setting are stored on the
stereo and no guessing which wire is what for the speakers. all memory
presets are stored. and you wanna take it up a notch you can add power amps
and replace factory speaker for better quality ones and add a subwoofer
Edward Rivas: which wire we use from the stereo?
1967oneshot: P.S. This vid is just to show you how to set up the amp! And yes I did buy
a wiring harness! 2 they are Infinity speakers and this is a mini van!!!
What do you think I'm going to do thump rock my nabors with some 12"
woofers sporting 3 6 year olds in the back!! lmao And before you say a
thing NO I wont put Hydraulics in it neither!
Ken Tague: what gauge wire did you say and which lead, the constant or switched?
