Philip Gardiner: If you could only have one speaker in this range and these were the ones you had to choose from.... KEF LS50, PMC Twenty 21, Focal Aria 906, Harbeth C7es3, DynAudio Excite x12... which would you select?
massimo tardiola: forse con un buon sub woofer migliorano ,veramente un suono povero con poche armoniche.
Samir Jain: Actually i noticed now it was an apple app your using not bluesounds.
Samir Jain: Its funny I can almost identify the speaker by characteristic. Its a good set up. I don't see the Bluesound node/vault/M50 must be hiding. I wish NAD would add a steamer to the M2 (and make it class a or a/b) but its a good clean solution that saves cable/dac money.
I love the KEF LS50's. I've owned 3 all mac systems ranging 7-25 grand before selling it all and moving to :
LS50, Audio Research VSi55, and the Bluesound Vault w/ or w/o the Arcam irdac. All entry transparent interconnects.
I like the setup more than anything Ive had in the past due in the large part i think to the LS50s (then the VSi55- good steel if you can find it used, will end your search I think for an integrated for these guys)
This music is great. Right along with my liking, thx Jax. Your comparison to the dynaudio C1 was very informative.
I likely try to post a vid of my system with some music now that Ive seen this. I never post comments either but I saw this setup and was impressed.
Gioxtream: Now....this is definitely something worth my attention. This guy really knows about good music. Unlocking the full potential of his speakers.
The level of spaciousness is incredible.
How low can they reach?
Mostafa Yusuf: JUST WOW.
LordBlackMonty: Great sound these speakers .. I had them in my home for two months for attentive listening. Great punch and definition to a stand-mount loudspeakers. Loved the sound
amandela55: Very natural sounding with good headphones. Nice minimalist set-up. Congrats. I heard the LS50's at Axpona 2014 and though they sounded fantastic!
MyIDIsNotAvailable: thanks for this video jaxwired. I have a question if you read this and want to help. to what size of the room at biggest do you think you could put this speakers in?? my room is about 4x5 meters and 3.5 meters high. dou you think they are to small for good listening experience?
Luca Sugo: Why not something with more "BOOM" ??...
M. Arif Zeeshan: Hi,
Where did you the stands?
zorhis1996: is ur stand from ikea ? do u like it ?
папа карло: такие колонки надо показывать с референсным сд проигрывателем...
phantasm1004: I only wish that when people did these sorts of demos, that they would use more interesting music! This overly simplistic music will make any system sound great because there zero complexity to the music. Way too much minimalist music is used in these demos (small jazz ensemble; chamber music; odd new age music, etc.). How about complex full scale orchestral? How about a large chorus in full forte? How about rock music? The kind of music being played in this video does not fully demonstrate the ability of the system as a whole. The music being played here is way too easy for the system. The system is barely having to work up a sweat. Let's hear some more complex music.
jonas Dogue de Bordeaux: I love that song its great for testing kit
Chris Kapuscinski: I picked a pair of these up,.. and I'm selling the 5 others pair of speakers I bought including Martin Logan ESL's, MG12's, Paradigm Studio 20's V5, Totem forests,.. perfect for a very small room of 9x12, bass is ridiculously amazing, selling my DD10,...
Advanced Integrated Controls: The very best bookshelf loudspeaker on the planet. Designed by KEF using technology from it's flagship Blade series of speakers, these things are simply remarkable...
Konstantin Gibalo: what streaming device being managed by Iphone do you use?
